Fall Mini-Session FAQs:
1. What are these fall mini-sessions all about?
Every year I offer my friends and clients a discounted mini family portrait session. Each shoot is 30 minutes long; completely OUTSIDE, and fun! We shoot in a meadow, woods, and near a red barn. I will have Christmas Decor and will send you a gallery of 10-20 images for you to download through a link. You have use all of the high resolution images for private printing, Christmas Cards, or any other use!
2. What should we wear?
Best tip… be comfortable in whatever it is you pick! Have a patterned dress that you love to wear? Great, take colors from within the pattern and bring those colors into your family members outfits. Layers and textures look great and accessories are also good for adding little splashes of color. Your family doesn’t have to be too matchy-matchy to produce a great photo! Instead, just choose a basic color palette and go from there!
Also, please be mindful of the weather. If it is COLD, please wear sweaters, jackets, cute hats if needed. The sessions are short; but I don’t want anyone to freeze! If it is raining, I will call you to reschedule for the following next two Sundays.
Some shops I love for family outfits: Target, H&M, Old Navy, Gap, J.Crew. (I usually pick everything out online and 2 day ship it to my house).
3. When/Where should we arrive?
Because we book these fall mini-sessions back-to-back, there is no wiggle room. If you are running late I unfortunately cannot give you extra time during your session since it would push back each session following. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early, that way we can be sure to get all the photos you were hoping for of your beautiful family!

4. How many people can I bring with me?
These fall mini-sessions are designated for families and children and unfortunately we cannot accommodate anyone that is not immediate family. If you would like to book a session with extended family I would recommend a full session, at least one hour long.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Mini-sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please make sure before booking that you are available on the date and time you book! If you absolutely cannot make your session and you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a credit towards a future session. Rain Days will be the following two Sundays.
6. Can I give or sell my mini-session to someone else?
YES! Absolutely. You can gift or sell your mini-session if you are unable to attend.
7. How long before I receive my pictures back?
You will receive your gallery 7-10 days after the shoot.
Image proofs will be emailed via a private online gallery link for you to view and download from.
